7 MONTHS OF BEING DE*****ED BY TELKOM

i have been a loyal telkom customer for over 5 years But the past 7 month have been the worst and a painful experience. i took a 24 month contract which entitled me to get a double data promotion of 40GB during the day and 40GB midnight data (20/20 double up data). since December of 2019 i have been receiving 20GB instead of 40GB but being debited for the 40GB promotion. i have opened various cases through the various telkom channels of service and they would tell me they have escalated the problem but not a single person has called me back or actually resolved my problem for the past 7 MONTHS. i feel so trapped and that im being de*****ed.
