7 months for contract upgrade

<p>Ordered a Telkom LTE package 7 months ago, and after countless back and forth I finally received the hardware last month. To date nobody has called to install the antenna as they said they would, I still don't have the package that I'm already being billed for, and the call centre seem to be able to do nothing except "escalate" the query to get this sorted out.</p> <p>I know South African companies are not exactly well known for customer service, but come on people! I'm waiting SEVEN MONTHS for a contract upgrade!!!! This is the WORST service I've ever experienced in my life! It cannot possibly take that long to do a simple upgrade of contracts.</p> <p>Make this right Telkom, I'm fed up of waiting</p>
