7 months and Telkom can't sort out a contract they overcharging me on

<p>Took out a Telkom mix plan for R389 a month in December 2015.</p> <p>They are charging me more than R500 a month</p> <p>Their system cannot register the promotional price they advertised for 2 consecutive months by post to Telkom customers.</p> <p>Dozens of calls, complaints,disputes created.</p> <p>Brian from Telkom shop at carnival brakpan keeps on emailing head office and this one and that one, but they still can't sort it out</p> <p>Now, because of a huge balance outstanding, I can't sign up for any other contract!</p> <p>Please don't reply to this saying the matter has been escalated. All other complaints were escalated to perhaps the moon already!</p>
