7 Months and 50 emails later still no cancelation

<p>Ive taken this to hellopeter before but they told me to just send my details to ********** Ive sent numerous emails but NO ONE ever got back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled my LTE contract with Telkom in March, Ive gone in to the telkom stores to ask whats going on they can only add a note to the cancelation request saying I was in the store. Its been month 7 now and all I got was an SMS to say that the request wast closed - WITHOUT ANYONE SPEAKING TO ME. They said they opened a new request but still I didnt get a call. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why does it take 7 months to call someone???</p> <p>The service at Telkom is the WORST service I have ever experienced.</p> <p> </p>
