7 month wait and still no response

<p>I contacted Telkom in November 2016 (7 months ago) to move a pole on our premises. I started off by phoning Telkom once a week to follow up. The last 4 weeks I have phoned Telkom every single day. There has still been no progress.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are building a non profit mental health clinic on the premises. The clinic is servicing disabled people from low socio economic backgrounds. The clinic is being sponsored by private sponsors. The Telkom pole is in the way of construction. We have had to stop building as a result. This is delaying the project.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to this we are having to pay the builders, architects and engineers their fees even though they have stopped working. </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is costing us thousands of rands each month.</p> <p> </p> <p>How much longer must we wait??? </p>
