7 days without WIFI and no help from telkom!!!!!
its been 7 days already that i reported i don't have internet, i haven't received any calls from telkom on the progress of my ticket or anything! i keep calling and the keep telling me they looking into it!!! im paying alot of money every month for this **** service i expect to get my moneys worth!!!

08 Nov 2017, 18:13It's 2 weeks now and my problem has still not been resolved!!!! I have been calling Telkom every single day ever since and no help!!!!! They keep telling me they have the problem I'm hand everyday the same story!!!! Really horrible service!!!!
