7 days without repairing our business landlines

I have reported a dead business phonelines on Tuesday the 27th of January 2015. The ref no was send to me on the 29th which is 435CTZ290115 . Telkom called me on Sunday to let me know they are at the Office to fix it and I was out of town and could not open the Offices. The technician promised me that he will be there on Monday the 2nd Of February 2015 at 8am. I told him I would meet him there. He never showed up. It is now Tuesday again at 2:35pm and still no response from Telkom. This is a business with a whole week without telephones. It is pathetic service to say the least. The phones are still dead
