7 days later, still no respond

Still no respond: Im approved then declined, what the hell is going on here. who is not doing their job???? Telkom i am really disappointed. On Monday the 16th April, i called in to apply for a device. The lady was just cold, as if i needed her more than she needed me. I guess Telkom sales does not have targets to reach, or people are just reaching their target and not going the extra mile for a customer. Anyway, we did the application and told me that she was waiting for the system to approve or decline. She then told me that the application was successful and took all my banking details and address for the device to be delivered at. gave me a ref number. i phoned on the 18th to check on delivery, and the guy told me that its still in delivery process and that the delivery will take 7 to 14 working days. on the 19th i got an sms saying that i was declined on my application. when i called in, the guy i spoke to was unhelpful. he told me that the application was declined and he cant give me the reason as the system says personal. Really, so a credit check was done and was successful and all of a sudden im declined. this is really pathetic. i need answers please asap
