7 days and nobody can process my order

Filled online form for wifi, never got confirmation or order nr. Called the call centre, no help there. Chose the call back option on the website everyday since last week... still waiting for a call. Went into a branch today N1 City Mall.... Filled my details in again. Was advised I will receive contact TODAY with conf and order nr. It's 8pm....
