6weeks and still waiting - telkom line still not repaired

I reported the telkom faulty line on the 20th of November 2017, and I am still waiting for telkom technicians to come to my premises to repair the line.

WHEN WILL TELKOM EVER FIX MY LINE???????????????????????????????
