6TH Follow up on an unresolved query

<p>Please note that this is my 3rd Hello Peter complaint , i've made 12 calls ontop of that , dealt with all kinds of agents , requested for numerous managers to call me back , requested to be transferred to billings department , Sibusiso Sambo who dealt with my case also never reverts , I'm so sick and tired . Till date i'm waiting for my money to be refunded in my bank account , what a ****ty service , please submit a cancellation request for my contract and give me the balance , I want nothing to do with Telkom</p>
