6months... No modem... Paying... No service

So I took a bold leap and moved everything to Telkom, 3x Mobile and 1 x VDSL... 2 weeks on VDSL, my Dlink modem packs up... Called, emailed, SMS, Even logged a fault on the online portal... 6 months later... MODEM STILL ****ED... INTERNET STILL RUNNING ON A LOANED UNIT FROM A FRIEND. Seems like Telkom only care about signing the deal... After sales service is non existant!
