6months later still pathetic service and no cancellation

<p>this is my third post on hello Peter and todate I have not received feedback on my previous posts or been contacted. This is going onto my seven month waiting for my cancellation to be proceeded and yet another debit order submitted off my account. Further to this, my itc record is affected negatively as your cancellation department hasn't processes my cancellation from January and my account is being debited for a service I have had no benefits off due to the device bein collected and arranged by your courier. All I hear is we waiting for our cancellation department they are in a back log--SIX MONTHS and no one can give me a turn around time or resolution for the debit orders and itc record. </p>
