6days and call not assigned to tech
<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've logged a call on the 26 of july and phone everyday to hear whats the status of my call and they keep on saying call not assisgned to tech wil phone me when they have a update...</p> <p> </p> <p>Its now 6days going to 7 and still no service..</p> <p>My internet is not working and also my landline is completly dead please assist in this urgent matter</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** </p> <p> 821CTK260716</p>

What a bunch of amateurs its x2 weeks im stuck with no Internet and still nobody has been assigned to my call or attended my problem!!!They keep on saying they will make it top priority but thats just to keep you silent...Everyday its top priority for x2 weeks now!!!!NOTHING has been done!!I understand if they are struggling to fix it but then i need to see progress or need feedback but NOTHING!!!!!Im done with TELKOM you can Sue my ass im not paying a sent anymore will get someone else to assist me with beter service than this ****
