697CRK280815 Open and not attended to for 2 months

Call was logged months ago but still no action taken. Several calls to the call centre have not resolved the issue as discussions with technicians in the area show that the call is still not in the work management system despite flagging of current issue multiple times by the call centre. The line is still dead and I am being charged for services not rendered. I am now at whits end to get this issue attended to as there is no joy following current channels.
