****!!!

I've been fighting with Telkom now for 11 months. I have canceled my contract in January, paid all fees and 6 months later they say I owe them R2k!!! And they keep debiting my account for the contract that they've closed. They would've never close an account if was in areas. They can not prove that I haven't paid. Then....... they give a sim swap for the same number to someone else without my permission! That ******** is using my number on Vodacom now!!!! And they say they know nothing about it!😡😡😡😡😡 Stores can not help and you can only call, but account department is also useless. I need to see talk to someone in person to sort this out.
