DEAR TELKOM , your services is shockingly useless . . . Please kindly note that I initially canceled 2 lines in June 2017 , only one line were canceled a month later. I then again on 15 AUG 2017 completed a form for the second line to be cancelled - ********** 411 This to date has not been done but you are still billing me ?

********** - phoned me and asked to re-send info to her, this has been done and still no feedback however read receipts are read ?

Please kindly sort our our administration and up your communication which is shocking !
