600 voice minutes bough by hijackers on a data sim that does not allow calls

Good day,

I was hijacked on the 13 July 2019 and my phone was taken which has my telkom data contract sim which my aunt took for me at telkom. My case number is 129/07. On the 14th July i went to telkom to do a sim swap in promenade and asked the lady to also cancel the data sim card she said my aunt will have to do it herself since its on her account.She then went to do it the next day Monday the 15th July 2019..Fast forward my contract is for R141 per month for 10 gig. Today 06/08/2019, she calls me and tells me that the hijackers bough voice bundle and even myself have never bought airtime/ voice bundles on that sim as my knowledge was that only a data sim. They bought voice data 3 times after the hijack, from 23:30;23:42;00:11 respectively for R135 and that in total is R 405.00 and so when she called telkom and asked to which numbers where called they said that there were no calls made because my to my knowledge i cannot make calls from my data sim but who is it possible that voice bundles were bought on a sim that does not allow calls?. They also that one message was sent and provided the number. They said that the airtime/ voice bundle were still on my number and i checked and saw i have 600 voice data bundle that i do not need. I need the 600 minutes to be credited back to telkom as I do not need them and cannot afford them and most importantly , my sim does not allow me to make or receive calls. So advise on how all of this have been able to be processed on your side.?
