6 weeks without internet

<p>My internet stopped working 6 weeks ago. I contacted Telkom and they sent a technician to my house to investigate. The technician looked as though he didn't know what the problem was. He made some excuse and left without fixing my internet. I phoned Telkom again and another technician was sent. Again nothing fixed. This happened 4 times. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then finally a technician finds a problem with a cable on the road. I phoned Telkom and they said that the fault is with the cables department and they will fix my problem. Weeks went by without any progress. I phone Telkom regularly for any updates and everybody keeps saying that the fault is with the cables department and they are dealing with it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then two days ago my landline stopped working. Contacting Telkom still left me with no answers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Its been a 6 week nightmare with no end in sight. I don't know what to do. Nobody seems to want to fix my problem. </p>
