6 weeks and no further along

Who does one have to speak to/see/bribe to get a line placed in a holding pool??? Dialing 10210 is a waste of time, when someone eventually answers, they get cut off or you get sent to voicemail. Been waiting 6 weeks for transfer. Was told by 3 people on Friday, when I actually got hold of someone, transfer would take place next day. Today (Thursday) start whole process again. Does Telkom even see or respond to these complaints?
