6 Months waiting for a line. 79 Years old, no access to call in the event of emergency.

<p>More than a month ago i posted on HP that I am 79 years old. living in an old age home and 6 months have passed since sending in an application to move my landline to my new cottage in the old age complex. On April 5 I immediately responded to the response, but 6 weeks later I have not even had a phone call, an email or any movement. I am in the same situation. I have no access to emergency services, no phone, no gate access and I am 79 years old.
