6 months to cancel a contract

If would strongly recommend not to do business with them. It takes them 5 min to open a contract but 60 days to close one. I have canceled my the same contract 3 times and and even have reference numbers. Yet every month they keep on deducting funds. When i reverse the debit order they then add fees on top and then come with new stories every month. This month it was that they only canceled the one number on the contract, but when they opened the contract it was just one contract. Now this incompetence has cost me over the 1000 rand.

If you have money to waist you can do business with them because they have no problem taking it. I have been battling over the 7months canceling a R200 contract imagine what they are doing to companies.
