6 months of waiting for Telkom

I bought data bundles on 24 and 25 April that never came through. I've tried every stop to get them. I've called their call center for no less than 11 times holding the phone for not less than 30 minutes each time to speak to an operator. i even physically went to one of their shops. I still don't have my bundles or at the very least communication from the. Instead i received an SMS stating that my case has been closed with a reference ********** 6 I tried to follow up but can't get through to anyone who can assist me for the past 6 months. To be frank their services is pathetic. The only email I ever got was from their lying Brenda Tshikhudo on 7 June,informing me that the matter has been forwarded to their manager Mohoto R. I've emailed them both several times and they have never come back to me. I will be leaving telkom and I would suggest that for anyone considering that network to think. By the way tbid is one of manu stories with them.
