6 Months of waiting and still a no show

To say that I am upset is an understatement. This is the second time that i have written about Telkom on and only little has been achieved.<br> <br> The wifi cable has been installed BUT it was installed in a very haphazard manner that could cause problems for people walking on the sidewalk. Due to the nature of this cable, our wifi has STILL not yet been installed inside the house as the man who came to install it said that he was unable to install it with the cable in the state that it is in. <br> <br> We had already called Telkom last week to bring a team to fix it and no one arrived to fix it or anything.<br> <br> We have been trying to get everything installed for 6 months now and we have no wifi to show for it. This is quite appalling service delivery! If Telkom does not want our money, they must tell us so that we can take our business elsewhere. If nothing is done this week, I shall have to escalate the case.<br> <br> The person whose name the contract is under is Tobeka Gxawu. This is wifi for 551 Manning Road/Lena Ahrens Road, Glenwood, Durban 4001.
