6 months of no delivery of router-pathetic service

I opened an account with Telkom in 23 March 2023 yet I still haven’t received delivery for my router till today, 21 September 2023 (6 MONTHS LATER!!!). They’ve been deducting money from my bank account yet I’m not receiving any service from Telkom. When I call the customer service no one can assist me all of a sudden. Pathetic!
