6 months of back and forth

its been 6 months of back and forth, then put a review on here and 3 months after it got sorted finally. now to see that there is a mark against my name as bad debt when its Telkom process's that are terrible. there is no such thing as customer service with this company id like someone to call me so that we can resolve this please as there is no number to make contact
