6 months no phone lines
<p>We are based in Kempton Park and have 3 land lines and 1 adsl line. Our lines have been down since January and we have been paying a fortune to keep our company connected because we need to activate call forwarding so that we dont lose our clients. We have had call outs and site meetings and no one has a cooking clue what is happening all the while Telkom charges us our monthly line rental...FOR WHAT?? How pathetic?? 6 months and you still can't fix the lines?? </p>
This is not a recent thing, this has been a problem since January 2016. We have had it tested and technicians have come and replaced ISDN boxes and it still doesn't work. All the while we are paying monthly line rentals for lines that basically don't exist.
