6 months later still paying for telkom mistake

really dont no what else I can say.iv had so many cases open and closed unsuccessfully.been on hello Peter 4 times under profile skylar101 also very unsuccessfully.so too the point ofter been told by the manager of walmer park branch of pe that everything was sorted but guess what they deducted another R5300 which brings it to a total of over R7000 which telkom owes me.iv rewritten a post to the editor of our local news paper in respects to this problem that telkom has done to me.so tomorrow morning il be taking it one step further getting hold of my lawyer and asking him what legal claim I have on telkom with all time lost trying to sort out telkom mistake.if any one reading this don't listen to the response email you get from telkom because it never works just someone on the other end taking people for a ride.
