6 months for a refund???

I have been waiting on a refund from telkom since May 2019. In this time I've been to their branch in Bayside about 6 times.

On the past 3 visits I keep getting told my case has been escalated and sent to the branch manager. Someone will call me and the refund will be done in 1 or 2 days. Needles to say no one ever calls and still no refund. Can someone please sort this out?
