6 months and no feedbac**** What's new with TELKOM? CASE:***3

<p>It has been 6 Months since we started the case with Telkom and had no feedback. I spoke to an agent (Mbali Zondo) a few weeks ago where she escalated the case to her Manager (Mlambos3@Telkom) and he cant even get back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>As usual, pathetic service (Or no service at all). But I am not surprized. Telkom owes us R2 700.00 after deducting money from our accounts when this is still a "Pending investigation". </p> <p> </p> <p>Again, Telkom got their money and dont care about their customers! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please get back to me, we will take Telkom to court at the end of this month and to the papers if we dont get any joy!</p>
