6 months after listing, still no joy

I listed Telkom on this page about 6 months ago, as I couldn't get anywhere with Telkom staff. An employee phoned me, and told me that she would sort everything out. This has STILL not happened!!! I am still getting calls about when the balance is being paid, to which I reply \When you have sorted the account out\". I still get invoices, which now have interest added. So sick of this. "
