6 month wait for service
<p>Hi I was wondering if I could get some help as I've been waiting since the 15th of January a technician came to my new house to install my line he said he has to go fetch equipment then he will come back ever since then I've been going to the shop calling telkom I think i have spoken to every single department my telkom bill is still growing even though I don't have service every department I speak to says my problem is with another department and when I call it continually changes I stay in a duplex new people moved in next door and got their line in a week they have no reason not to install my line the technician was suppose to come yester day and didn't pitch and today also did not pitch . I've always get told ill receive feedback but never do I always have to call them . Please please help me I just need wifi and a line</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p>jayce </p>
