6 Month, 20 emails, 6 consultants still no HELP!!!!!

Sold our bussiness end of 2017 after my Father passed away. We stay in Upington in the NC where there are now Telkom office. We have send 20 emails and spoke to 6 consultants and in 6 months. Still the account is registered to my dead father. What is the probleme???? Why dont anyone come back to us or help us.
