5th report about the same problem!!!
After being promised a solution 5 times, i am writing my 5th report to say my cellphone is yet to be reconnect even after the arrears amounts has been paid up. I am beyond disgusted and disapointed in the shocking service and way my situation has been handled. Shocking!!!!!!
