5days later no internet connection

I'm very disappointed with Telkom, had guys come through to my house for the free trail installation and I asked them if I will will have any interruption when the trial ends the guys said no, I did inform that in time so I'm moved to contract still I found myself with no internet connection, I work from home and this is a big inconvenience as Iv been buying data now everyday from the 19th June, all information and documents where submitted and no technician has come out, today only the the 23rd thy logged a request for the contract poor service really, refRef504544, I now need Telkom to come get their router and cancel the application I'm going for another service provider horrible service.
