I cancelled contract with an agent 2 months ago , the agent advised that my last debit order would be on the 1st April yet I’m still being debited today and I’m no longer getting any benefits of being on a contract since I’ve been changed to prepaid . Telkom loves debiting accounts incorrectly and then when it’s time to dispute it , you either can’t reach any agent telephonically or the telephonic process is so confusing you end up hanging up
