50.33% Increase without notification + false advertising!!!

In just 2 months Telkom increased their 500 minute voice bundle by 50.33%!!!

Since 2019 when I became self employed, I've merged to Telkom because they offered the best rates. Now I feel like their "better rates" was just a **** to get new clients and then increase their rates as staggeringly as they did.

50.33% for what?

So I've basically fully returned to work, being that December 2019 and Jan 2020 were quiet months, I didn't need to activate a voice bundle. The last one which I activated was Nov 2019 and it cost me 150.00 for 500 minutes (500 x 60 per second = 30 000 seconds & 150 x 10 cents for every rand = 1 500 cents) meaning I then pay 0.05c per minute. This is fair as their normal rate per second is 4.6c per sencond according to https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/help/personal/faq/whats-second-rate/. Now with their new and improved rate (I'm being sarcastic) where you have to pay R302.00 for the same 500 minutes, you then "Telkom's value added" price of 0,10c per minute. How is this right? Has Telkom been taken over by our Government? I'm no Mathematician, but please do correct me if I'm wrong.

Best of all... this same website still states that the applicable voice bundle costs R150.00... I even took the screenshots on my laptop and phone to prove that I am NOT imagining things.
