500gs night suffer

I bought the 500gs night suffer from Telekom. Which starts from 12:00pm to 7:00 am. I woke up at 4:00 to do my studies and work after . But it kept relling me that I was out of data bundle . Then I contacted the call center , they told me the entire system was down. They will only come and fix it at 6:30

I call again , I was told nothing about the network, and this guy and all others I spoke to new nothing about the system being off. but the guy tried to help me . But still I had no connection.

I called again one , rude sales guy on the phone told me to hold and then he transferred me to someone , without informing me .

It was like going around the Circle over and over . It feel like , Telekom are just *****ing the money and that's why they keep making one going in the circle until the times ends for the usage .

It's absolutely shocking how such a big company can operate like a ******'s business.

I have wasted my time to study and to work . Does that make you happy?

Very disgusted.
