50 Minute hold

I have been on hold for 50 minutes to try and cancel an LTE service since you have not fixed our fault. Now I cant cancel it because no one wants to pick up the phone. On top of this i have been sending my cancellation documents through to the email provided, and 3 others since the beginning of May and we still have not even received a :thank you for your email" nothing....
