50 days later still no installation

We app**** for a Telkom land line on the 15th June 2015. We followed up 3 weeks ago to be told, they were struggling to get technicians in our area- Morningside Durban! I Cannot believe it's been 50 days and we still have not had feedback or installation. Shocking service and turnaround time unreal!
