I am irate due to customer service I received. Firstly the employee was unable to answer questions instead gave attitude. The tablets we purchased was advised by the employee at East rand mall that would be able to top up of which was not the case. Am employee who attended to us was not helpful and refused to give his nsme on request. I requested for a manager and he claimed he was the manager. Such a bad attitude and still have contract with Telkom for the next 23 months
