5 weeks to cancel my cellphone account !! and still nothing !!

I sent my first request on the 5th October and to date I havent received confirmation of my cancellation. The only responses I get are to send my forms again which I have done 5 times and then nothing! There have been almost 40 emails sent and still nothing. I am living in Sydney now and my dad is in SA and made contact with two people who have PROMISED to sort it out and the one guy who said he would sort it out last Friday (3 Nov) went on holiday this week. It is the most shocking service I have ever seen! The total lack of response is unbelievable !!! This is the most painful experience I have ever received....
