5 Weeks of Notice and Line Cancellation not Active

I was a Telkom client , and upon making a decision to move, I promptly notified Telkom 5-6 weeks in Advance of my desire to cancel the line.

Telkom does not have a telephonic CC dealing with Cancellations so I submitted a formal cancellation form to their formal cancellation address.

After receiving the computer generated email that my request was received, I waited patiently for the \agent\" to phone me back , after having being promised that through their response line. I sent the cancellation through formally four times afterward, receiving similar messages with reference #'s for each. This brings my total attempts to five.

Since then I've emailed them and sent them a DM on twitter every single day. Every day they promptly apologise and promise to resolve.

It is now 8 weeks later and I've been invoiced for my March bill (the 1st month after cancellation). I have sent them communication that I refuse to pay and will instill my own legal action , as they are notorious with promptly just handing accounts over.

I want to use this opportunity to publicly and formally distance myself from the worst incompetence I've ever experienced in corporate SA.

Inv # 603A***K"
