5 weeks of no internet!

Hello. I live in Randburg, Sudowner. we have had no line for the past 5 weeks! Many people in my area have tried to complain and see what is going on. but yet no body has come to see what is actually wrong. no one in my area can receive or make any out going calls, meaning there is also no internet whatsoever!! we had experienced such problems in December, however it got sorted but the problem came back.
