5 Weeks and waiting for new phone to be connected

On 15 April 2018 i purchased a new wireless home telephone to replace my existing fixed line telephone. I was told that it would take 48 hours for the migration and for the new phone to be active. ,It is now 5 weeks later and i still cannot receive calls on the new phone . I have called 10213 on several occasions( Ref numbers ********** , ********** and ********** ) and still no luck. Can someone please help me !!!!!!!!!
