While some departments still leave a lot to be desired, I have to commend An outstanding young man at technical enquires, Cecil Ndlandzi. After the third attempt to have my problem resolved, with two dropped calls, I was already quite agitated. This young man was pleasant, polite, and so patient, my problem was resolved, and my day was saved from frustration. He said he was only doing his job, but there's doing your job, and DOING your job. 5 stars
