I called in today and recieved such lovely customer service from Miss S Gumede a beautiful warm soul, she helped me and was the most friendly person i know off... Keep up the good work and she definitely deserves a promotion English on point and even made my customer journey friendly. She explained everything on what happened to billings and even told me how to move forward on my bills.... She never made anything sound robotic all she did was being herself on the call... Heads up she will take the crown of the business soon... Thank you soooo much.....
