5 Star service from Mr. Shawn Peters from Telkom - terrible service from the rest of the employees I ahve dealt with at Telkom!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I have received from Telkom over the past year, but I have found one person that goes out of his way to ensure issues get resolved. Mr Shawn Peters has been an absolute pleasure to deal with; with issues regarding fiber. He always takes your call (and is prepared to give you his personal number) and will follow up on his promises until your issues are resolved. The rest of the Telkom employees can learn something from this employee.
