5 Months still no installation

We ordered a ADSL line when we moved since our LTE package didn't work here anymore. It has been 5 months now and Telkom still has not installed a line. 2 technicians were sent here, both stayed about 2 minutes not even putting down there tools and left again. Apparently they first had to replace a cable that was broken due to lightning and then after the second one left there was a problem with the cable at the main box. I run a small business from home and can not afford to not have internet for that will cause me to lose clients.

It has been 5 months now! Just today, I have made use of Facebook Messanger, Online Chat on their website and have called 7 times without any response whatsoever. No one wants to help, they just don't care.

Just to follow up on this complaint.... it is now more than a month later and still no-one has come to install our ADSL line. Now they made arrangements with us 3 times and no-one showed up. I called the Sales Department and the lady told me someone will be at my house the same day, which of course, as usual, no-one showed up. Called them again today and they now say there is a cable problem, this, also, is no new news to us, they have told us this for the past six months. PATHETIC!
