5 Months now, and still no internet from Telkom

Ordered ADSL 15/12/2017, and till this day i have no internet. Its excuse after excuse, problem after problem its been 5 Months now. This is unacceptable you have been to my house like 6 times i have phoned like 15 times. Cant believe this service, Poor capabilities and lack of customer service. You simply do not have the man power to deliver a service as 5 months is way to long.
